1. Who we are

NG Digital Holdings LLC is an independent design and development studio based in Central Florida, United States. We design and build one-page websites for local and small businesses. This policy explains what happens to information when you visit ngdigitalholdings.com.

In this policy, “we” and “us” mean NG Digital Holdings LLC. “You” means anyone visiting the site.

2. What we collect

Two things happen automatically when you open a page here.

Analytics data

Google Analytics records that a visit happened and some basic detail about it: which pages were viewed, roughly how long, the type of device and browser, the general region the visit came from, and the site or search engine you arrived from. Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses; location is approximate and derived at the point of collection.

Server logs

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived request logs as part of running and protecting the site. These can include an IP address, the time of the request and the page requested. We do not use these logs for marketing and we do not build profiles from them.

What we do not collect

We run no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no session recording, no heatmaps and no fingerprinting. We do not buy or enrich visitor data from third parties. The site itself does not write cookies, and it stores nothing in your browser’s local storage.

3. When you contact us

This is worth being precise about, because it is unusual. The form on the contact section is not connected to a server. When you press Send it, your browser opens your own email application with a message already written. Nothing is transmitted at that moment. The website never receives, processes or stores what you typed, and the details never touch our servers as form data.

If you then choose to send that email, it reaches our inbox in the ordinary way, and we hold whatever you chose to write: typically your name, your business, a Google Maps listing if you included one, and a description of what you need. Our email is hosted with Apple on iCloud Mail. We use it to reply, to prepare a preview, and to keep a record of the enquiry.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, which sets its own cookies to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. These are the only cookies placed while you browse this site; we set none ourselves.

You can opt out in any of these ways, and none of them will break the site:

  • Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
  • Turn on your browser’s tracking protection, or use its private browsing mode.
  • Block or clear cookies for this domain in your browser settings.
  • Use a content blocker. We do not detect or work around them.

Google acts as our analytics provider and processes this data on our behalf. Their handling of it is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

5. Embedded client previews

The work section embeds live copies of one-page websites we have built. Those preview pages are hosted on this domain, but they load some resources from other companies, including web fonts and stock photography. When a preview loads, your browser contacts those providers directly, and they may see your IP address as part of serving the file. We do not control what those providers log, and we receive nothing from them about you.

6. How we use information

  • To answer enquiries and prepare the preview you asked for.
  • To understand which parts of the site are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To keep the site available, fast and secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations where a project goes ahead.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use it to train machine learning models.

7. Who else processes it

We keep this list short on purpose. Only these providers are involved in running the site:

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery and security for the site itself.
  • Google Analytics: visit measurement, as described above.
  • Apple iCloud Mail: the mailbox behind our contact address.

Each acts as a service provider processing data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

8. How long we keep it

  • Analytics: retained by Google according to the property’s configured retention window, then deleted or aggregated.
  • Email enquiries: kept while there is an active conversation or project, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Ask us and we will delete correspondence that we are not required to keep.
  • Server logs: retained briefly by Cloudflare for operational and security purposes.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us not to sell or share it. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front, but the other requests are honoured.

To make a request, email [email protected] from the address you contacted us on, or tell us enough to locate your records. We will respond within the time your local law allows, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one. Because we neither sell nor share personal information, there is no additional processing for it to stop.

10. Children

This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

11. Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled and a strict Content Security Policy restricting what may run on the page. It is a static site: there is no database, no login and no user accounts, so there is no store of visitor records to breach. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page. The date on this version is .
