Service & refund terms

1. What you are buying

NG Digital Holdings LLC provides one custom one-page business website for $125 USD, paid once. It includes mobile and desktop layouts, your supplied business details and photos, service and contact sections, click-to-call and map links, one consolidated revision round, website source files, domain connection, and static hosting setup where suitable.

First-year standard domain registration is included up to $15. Premium domains, domain renewals, paid hosting, third-party subscriptions, extra pages, e-commerce, custom software, ongoing maintenance, and additional revisions are excluded. We will agree any additional work and price with you before charging for it. There is no recurring NG Digital subscription with this order.

2. Payment

Whop processes your payment. Applicable taxes and any checkout fees are displayed before payment. Your order is confirmed when payment is verified. Keep your receipt. NG Digital does not receive or store your full card number or security code.

3. Details and delivery

After payment, send your business name, services, public contact details, location, and materials you want us to use. Do not send passwords or private customer information through the form. We send a first draft within 3 business days after receiving complete details and usable materials. Final launch depends on your approval, revision feedback, and access to the domain through an agreed secure method. We will contact you if we cannot meet the stated timeframe.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before work begins. Once work begins, contact us to discuss a refund for the uncompleted portion; we explain any deduction for completed work before resolving the request. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we refund the unprovided portion, or the full order if no usable work was delivered. These terms do not remove rights you have under applicable law or Whop's resolution process.

Request cancellation or help at ceo@ngdigitalholdings.com, with your receipt or order reference. Refunds are returned through the original payment provider when approved; processing time depends on that provider and your bank.

5. Ownership and your materials

After payment, you own the custom website code and content we create for your order. Third-party fonts, libraries, images, hosting, and domains remain subject to their own terms. You confirm you have permission to use the materials and business claims you provide. We do not publish your site until you approve its content.

6. Results and ongoing costs

We build your website, but do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales. Domain renewal and any paid services remain your responsibility. We do not charge for extra services without your agreement.
